NAZCA LINES AND BALLESTAS ISLAND

DESCRIPTION

Despite the barren landscapes of this area of Peru, the coast of the Paracas Peninsula and the nearby Ballestas Islands are havens for marine life. The Ballestas Islands are alive with noisy colonies of sea lions and huge numbers of birds that are sustained by the food-rich waters of this stretch of the Pacific.

ITINERARY

  1. Day 1
    8:00 A.M: Departure Cusco to Nazca
    It takes 15 hours
    Spend 1 night in Nazca in a Hostal.

  2. Day 2
    8:00 A.M: The sightseeing flight takes: 40 min. aproximately, here you can see the figures of a spider, Monkey, dog, colibrí y cóndor:
    13:30 P.M.: going to Pisco
    Spend the night in Pisco.

  3. Day 3
    08:00 A.M:     Islas Ballestas
    To visit: Fauna Marina colonia with birds like: guanay, piquero zarcillo, pinguinos peruanos, lobos marinos, especies marinas, peces como lenguado, toyo blanco, bonito and also , tramboyo, raya , sardina anchoveta, etc.

    In the afternoon return to Cusco - Nazca – Cusco, leaves aproximately at 18:00 horas (15 hours)
